Masterand (m/w/d) im Bereich Sales Controlling

You will be working as a Master's student in Sales Controlling at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality lubricants and chemical specialties for the German and international market.

Your Tasks:

• In the context of your Master's thesis, you will investigate the question of a proven connection between the purchasing portfolio and customer loyalty.
• You will formulate hypotheses, examine influencing factors, and identify patterns.
• You will also analyze sales, product, and customer behavior data and develop a statistical model to measure the connection.
• Your Master's thesis will not be theoretical, but will provide a contribution to strategic sales decisions.

What sets you apart:

• You are currently enrolled in a Business Administration program in Germany or a comparable program.
• You are interested in examining real connections with data and models.
• You are proficient in common PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
• You are precise, structured, and reliable.
• You speak German on a very good level and have a good command of English.
