Production Associate

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team at Akebono Brake Corporation in Glasgow, KY. This is a full-time entry-level position in the Friction AM & OE department.

As a Production Associate, you will perform various production-related activities in a safe manner to ensure quality products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating production and test equipment for machining, assembly, curing, painting, mixing, and quality checks
• Performing work in compliance with standardized work instruction documents and established safety procedures
• Producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner
• Conducting minor maintenance activities and assisting support associates with other maintenance duties

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma; additional technical training is helpful
• At least one year of manufacturing experience (desired)
• Ability to work in a team environment
