Internship in Strategy and Digitalization

We are seeking an intern to join our Strategy & Customer Experience team at Porsche Financial Services GmbH in Bietigheim-Bissingen. As an intern, you will be a valuable member of our team and work on strategic projects, driving digital transformation and developing customer solutions.

Your main tasks will include:

• Implementing and further developing Porsche's strategy in PFS Group markets
• Conducting market, competitor analyses, and trend observations to identify new customer requirements
• Developing digital initiatives to seamlessly integrate financial services into Porsche's customer journey
• Creating CRM strategies and sustainable implementation potential for a 360-degree customer view
• Designing centrally controlled, performance-oriented marketing measures to target relevant audiences
• Preparing decision-making templates, data-driven analyses, and reports, as well as internal and external coordination in daily project management

The internship will start on either 1 September 2026 or 1 March 2027 and last for 6.5 months.

Requirements:

• Advanced studies in business sciences or a comparable field with a focus on finance, marketing, international management, or sales
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Ideally, initial practical experience in financial services, management consulting, fintech, or the automotive industry
• Independent, meticulous, and structured working style
• Creativity, reliability, high team and communication skills, and willingness to take on challenges
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
