Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Moncks Corner location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans that help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and stretches to promote healing and prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of each patient
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and stretches to promote healing and prevent future injuries
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records systems
