Description
Cloudflare is seeking a Public Policy Intern to support the APJC Public Policy team in Singapore or Bengaluru. The intern will work across three core pillars: Policy Analysis & Research, Policy Campaigns & Programmatic Work, and Internal Operations & AI Innovation.
Policy Analysis & Research
- Monitor and evaluate legislative developments across APJC
- Maintain internal knowledge databases and draft stakeholder maps
- Assist in drafting talking points, policy narratives, and consultation responses
Policy Campaigns & Programmatic Work
- Support AI-focused policy programs and campaigns
- Coordinate Cloudflare's participation in regional forums and multi-stakeholder organizations
- Help prepare materials for external events and thought leadership pieces
Internal Operations & AI Innovation
- Build and deploy AI-driven tools to streamline policy tracking and research
- Provide real-time updates to Legal, Trust & Safety, and Sales teams
- Compile localized materials to help sales and marketing teams respond to policy-related inquiries
Requirements
- Current student in a degree program in Law, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related social science field
- Highly comfortable with AI tools and ability to build with AI
- Available for a full-time 20-week internship from July to December 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a technology company, trade association, or government agency
- Familiarity with regulatory landscapes in key APJC markets
- Proficiency in a second regional language
