Description
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and influential ambassador programme for a brand and product in the world. You will understand the target group of Red Bull and take care of the image of the brand and the understanding of the product on campus and in the region. Your goal will be to reach new consumers, arouse interest among university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.
You will have direct contact with consumers and customers, create opportunities for people to try the product, and provide consumers with unforgettable experiences related to the brand during Red Bull events. Student Marketeers value flexibility over sitting at a desk from 9:00 to 17:00 and love working in a creative atmosphere.
Key responsibilities will include:
Being an ambassador for the brand and product Representing the brand in a premium way through daily interactions with consumers and customers Developing the user base by creating positive opportunities for people to try the product, building awareness of the Red Bull brand, and sampling the product in the right place and time while providing competent responses to consumer questions Creating and implementing an innovative plan tailored to the academic campus that will engage students and bring the brand to life on campus Building a strong network of contacts, establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals in the area Managing engagement with the brand on social media using authentic content Working at Red Bull events and supported events to provide consumers with unforgettable experiences related to the brand
Requirements include:
Excellent communication skills Charismatic, energetic, positive, and sociable personality Approachability, sociability, and the ability to find common ground with different people in various situations Involvement in student life combined with a thorough knowledge of the university, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and popular meeting places Ability to combine a creative approach, entrepreneurial mindset, sense of responsibility, and initiative Ability to work part-time while studying, preferably also willing to work evenings and weekends Good relationships with groups and individuals on campus Desire to gain and apply a range of new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales Passion for the Red Bull brand and its products Student of a higher education institution Fluent English language skills
