Distributor Partner Manager

The Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) is a field-based role responsible for driving execution across Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) Distribution Network. The successful candidate will lead annual business planning with distributors, manage in-market execution, and bring RBNA's marketing mix to life within the distributor network.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual business planning with distributors to ensure alignment with RBNA priorities
• Manage annual volume plans, allocate trade funds, and distribute Point of Sale (POS) resources
• Conduct regular planning reviews to deliver against quantitative targets and KPIs
• Participate in distributor sales meetings and conduct market visits to assess in-store conditions
• Analyze market and distributor performance data to generate insights and support tactics
• Develop the distributor network through implementation of RBNA's distributor selling model
• Manage POS orders, maintain volume and pricing information, and utilize tactical budgets
• Prioritize and implement regional and national Key Account programs
• Communicate regularly with Key Account Managers to ensure execution of priorities
• Bring RBNA's marketing mix to life by engaging distributor sales forces and leveraging available assets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, preferably in beverages
• Experience in a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment is an advantage
• Ability to teach, develop, and coach others to sell effectively in the Off-Premise channel
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license and fluency in English
