Senior Manager, Operations

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of flight and hardware test operations across our test site network.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scheduling & Coordination and Site Operations teams
• Manage the end-to-end operating model for test execution
• Serve as the single accountable operations leader for test-site throughput
• Partner with Hardware Test Operations leadership, Safety and Standards, and other teams
• Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and operating reviews
• Establish and enforce a consistent operating model across all Anduril test sites
• Manage external relationships and serve as operational point of contact
• Partner with the Safety & Standards team to ensure test-site operations comply with policies
• Support incident response and post-event reviews
• Travel up to 50% between internal test sites and external partner ranges

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in test operations, flight test, range operations, or a closely related operational leadership field
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience
• Demonstrated experience running or leading operations at a flight test range
• Strong program and project management foundation
• Track record of building and enforcing operating cadence
• Experience partnering with safety and standards functions
• Proficiency with modern business and operations tooling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading operations at a USG test range
• Background in aviation operations
• Experience standing up or scaling operations at multiple geographically distributed sites
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Experience integrating operations across manned and unmanned aircraft systems
