Job Overview

Join Anduril's Space team in Costa Mesa, California, as a Facilities Strategy & Operations, Space professional. You'll drive the construction of new cleanroom facilities for Space vehicles and manage the real estate portfolio to support the team's growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new cleanroom facilities for Space vehicles, leveraging experience in cleanroom construction.
• Manage and optimize the real estate portfolio, including office, R&D lab, test site, and production sites.
• Allocate space effectively across the team, ensuring adaptability to evolving needs.
• Translate engineering and production requirements into facility requirements, collaborating with Industrial Engineering, Production, and Test teams.
• Work with the corporate real estate team to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
• Lead the launch of new facilities, ensuring efficient move-in processes.
• Forecast long-term real estate needs and manage the financial impact on the Space P&L.
• Execute special projects across finance, real estate, and facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in designing, constructing, and building cleanroom facilities for Space vehicles.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with a high level of ownership and low ego.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget.
• Prior experience in setting up new production lines or factories.
• Proficiency in reading technical documentation, Excel, and knowledge of construction methods.
• 6-10 years of experience in managing a real estate portfolio or in a manufacturing environment at a high-growth technology company.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
