Jr Accountant - Accounts Receivables

The Adler Pelzer Group is expanding its Finance Shared Service Centre in Zaragoza, Spain, which provides financial support to operations in Spain, France, and other EU countries. We are seeking a Jr Accountant - Accounts Receivables to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and support the sales team
• Handle internal and external relations with customers, sales organisations, controllers, and operations
• Perform account reconciliations
• Follow up on customer overpayments and claims
• Manage disputes
• Forecast accounts receivable
• Resolve daily issues
• Assist with month-end closing
• Support audit activities related to accounts receivable
• Participate in projects and process improvements for accounts receivable

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Fluent English
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in finance
• Experience in accounting or finance, particularly in the automotive sector, is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
