Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As the Ecommerce and Retail manager/associate manager, you will play a strategic and executional role in advancing Razer's channel marketing initiatives across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Asia, you will develop and implement regional retail and ecommerce marketing strategies to drive brand growth, product visibility, and market share. Your role will include driving retail Point of Sale and ensuring our product portfolios are well represented across key retailers and on time listing for e-tailers, ad investment management in e-tailer platforms and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to amplify Razer’s brand presence in the region.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Being an expert in Amazon platform for both content management and ad investment management resulting in positive ROAS
  • Owning logistics planning and implementation of top-class demo experience across key retailers
  • Working with country teams to drive and maintain listing of all relevant products on key eComm partners
  • Collaborating closely with regional and global teams to localize and develop channel marketing assets tailored to market needs
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with key retail and channel partners, aligning on strategic goals to enhance brand visibility and sales growth
  • Planning and executing Razer’s participation in store activations in tandem with country teams, and other strategic marketing online campaigns across the region
  • Conducting regular sharing and review of OKR aligning with regional priorities

Pre-requisites include:

  • 5 years or above in a marketing role, preferably in gaming, tech, or retail industries, with proven experience in managing product launches and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, gamer mindset, and consumer electronics trends
  • Proficient in marketing strategies in ecommerce, ROI optimization, customer purchase journey
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse, multi-national teams
  • Familiarity with esports, gaming communities, and competitive gaming events
  • Willing to travel regionally as needed to support campaign execution and partner engagement
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable, measurable results
  • Adaptive and proactive in identifying emerging trends and market opportunities
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work with cross-cultural partners and peers
