Join our Student Marketeer Programme and become part of the world's most powerful brand ambassador programme. As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for managing the image and understanding of the Red Bull brand and product at your university and in your area of influence.
Your main objective will be to reach new consumers, connect them with the brand, increase sales, and promote the brand at your university.
This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting them to try the product, as well as working on Red Bull events to ensure that consumers have an unforgettable experience with the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Brand Ambassador and Product Expert
As a Brand Ambassador, you will live and breathe the personality of the brand and the values of the company, representing it exceptionally through daily interactions with consumers and/or clients.
You will increase the consumer base in the right places, responding accurately to any questions they may have.
You will create and execute a customised and innovative plan on campus, involving students and bringing the brand to life at your university.
You will establish a solid network of contacts, building relationships with key people.
You will share unique brand content across your social media channels.
You will work on Red Bull events and sponsored events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
- Become a Sales Expert
You will build relationships with local retail managers near your university and ensure that Red Bull is available and visible to consumers.
You will collaborate with the sales team to open new Red Bull distribution points on campus and in the surrounding area.
You will make the most of relevant Red Bull resources to keep the brand always present at your point of sale.
You will ensure a perfect execution according to the defined standards for each point of sale.
- Excel in Execution
You will demonstrate excellence in execution and attention to detail in all areas of your role.
You will share ideas and collaborate with the team.
You will plan and report your activities through the defined platform, punctually and precisely.
You will contribute to the development of unique content for Red Bull platforms, providing local information, trends, and interesting opportunities.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a third to fifth semester at university
- Passionate about the brand and product
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic, positive, proactive, and outgoing personality
- Immersed in student life, with extensive knowledge of the university environment, city, and region, including extracurricular activities and places of interest
- Sociable, able to interact with different people in various situations
- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to balance part-time work and studies
- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing and sales
- Connected to various influential groups and individuals on campus
- Valid driving license
