SAP Project Manager

As a SAP Project Manager at MHP, you will coordinate and oversee SAP project operations, monitoring, and service delivery activities to ensure system and project alignment with organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee SAP project operations, monitoring, and service delivery activities
• Drive Incident, Problem, and Escalation Management within the SAP landscape
• Act as key liaison between Business, Operations, and Development teams
• Ensure adherence to established project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Facilitate key project ceremonies and progress meetings
• Safeguard the delivery team against over-commitment and manage resource capacity
• Maintain project management tools, dashboards, and boards
• Identify, log, and eliminate external impediments and mitigate internal project risks
• Provide expert guidance and support to development teams and stakeholders
• Foster effective collaboration and communication across distributed, international SAP operations and development teams
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and manage expectations
• Manage the project team's demand pipeline

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem and architecture
• Robust knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid)
• Strong presentation skills
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong command of English and German languages
• Proven track record of managing client relationships
