Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy's Wilmington location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware
