Student Marketeer

We are looking for a Student Marketeer to join our team in Heraklion, Greece.

As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. You will be responsible for driving the Red Bull brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your region.

Responsibilities:

• Be a brand and product ambassador, representing Red Bull in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers
• Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time
• Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university
• Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals
• Drive brand engagement on your Social Media handles via authentic content
• Work at Red Bull events and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers
• Deliver executional excellence and show love for the details in all areas of your role
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interaction
• Plan and report your activities via the dedicated online platform in a timely manner and with accuracy
• Contribute to develop the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities
• Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlet
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond

Requirements:

• University student up to the 5th semester of studies at a university in Greece, located in Heraklion
• Category B driver's license
• Flexible working hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Sociable, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people in different situations
• Familiarity with student life, good understanding of the university environment and surrounding area, as well as awareness of activities happening both on campus and in popular nearby spots
• Creative and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with availability to work in the afternoons and on weekends
• Willingness and eagerness to learn and apply new skills, with a focus on marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Strong connections with groups and influential individuals within the university
• Passion for the product and the Red Bull brand
