Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to join its Digital Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to reported manufacturing support incidents submitted by internal company stakeholders within the global manufacturing user base. The role involves owning the intake, evaluation, debug, escalation, communications, and tracking of reported incidents. The user base supported by this role is primarily manufacturing engineers and senior manufacturing technicians.
Key responsibilities include serving as a critical bridge between production operations and digital manufacturing systems (PLM/ERP/MES), identifying and resolving software issues that impact production efficiency. The role also involves monitoring intake of reported software problems across multiple manufacturing platforms, conducting root cause analysis, evaluating urgency, impact, and scope of reported incidents, escalating to engineering support when required, and working directly with manufacturing engineers and technicians.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in debug expertise with integrated enterprise systems, including MES, ERP, PLM, and a demonstrated ability to multitask competing support demands in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a functional understanding of basic manufacturing concepts, processes, and terminology, and how they relate to software tools and data objects.
