Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers.
The Anduril Intelligence Systems System Administrator ensures the smooth functioning of the core underpinnings of the information system under management. This position provides direct onsite customer support:
- Install, configure, and maintain network, computer, and software systems.
- Manage user accounts, system permissions, and policies to ensure compliance with customer policies.
- Support new hardware selection, acquisition, installation, and configuration.
- Perform regular backup operations and exercise disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain technical documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Contribute to development and deployment of system scripts and tools to automate routine tasks to enhance system efficiency.
Required qualifications:
- Experience maintaining and upgrading physical hardware (e.g. workstations, servers, laptops, network switches) in classified IT systems.
- Strong understanding of system updating for both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Prior installation and administration of Linux (e.g. RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.).
- Administration of Windows servers and workstations, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Knowledge and experience of scripting languages (e.g. Powershell and Bash).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms: VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to address customer problems.
- Must work five days a week onsite at a customer site located in Northern Virginia.
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience providing system administrator support to classified IT systems
- Significant experience in maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components.
- Experience applying OS updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and Application updates in a classified environment.
- Ability to locate user session data via the command line.
- Experience with a scripting language (Bash, Python, etc.) to automate and solve reoccurring tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide direct customer support.
The salary range for this role is $112,000-$149,000 USD. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package. Additionally, Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
