Description
As a Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) engineer, you will be responsible for industrializing and managing quality and capacity of commodities at Tier 1 Supplier sites on launches and in-series production. You will collaborate with Launch STA team to drive flawless launches, conduct onsite evaluation visits, and support capacity purchase team in capacity studies. You will also review supplier capacity analysis reports, drive robust supplier failure mode avoidance, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree, expertise with EBB (Electric Break Booster), proficiency in English, experience in manufacturing processes, and knowledge of problem-solving and quality systems and tools.
