Regional Vice President

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a high-energy Regional Vice President to manage the UKI Mid-Market Sector.

This role involves managing and growing a team of Mid-Market Account Executives in the UKI, building and executing a winning sales strategy tailored to the UKI Mid-Market, and fostering a culture of energy, growth mindset, and high performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing a team of Mid-Market Account Executives in the UKI
• Building and executing a winning sales strategy tailored to the UKI Mid-Market
• Fostering a culture of energy, growth mindset, and high performance
• Leading from the front, actively engaging in strategic deals, coaching the team, and setting the standard for excellence
• Designing and implementing scalable sales processes, compensation structures, and customer segmentation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver value and innovation to customers
• Ensuring quota attainment and driving Elastic's sales methodology
• Championing teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Travelling regularly to assist in deal creation and closure, and meeting managerial needs

• Proven sales leadership experience with high-performing Mid-Market sales teams
• Experience leading in a matrix organization

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience designing and implementing scalable sales strategies and processes
