Become part of the world's most dynamic brand ambassador program as a Student Marketeer for Red Bull. You know Red Bull's target audience inside out and are responsible for building our brand and communicating the functionality of our product at your university or college in your region.
The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, get students excited, and provide good visibility for the Red Bull brand at universities and colleges. To achieve this, you have direct contact with customers and invite them to try the product. Finally, you shine at Red Bull events to create an unforgettable brand experience.
As a Student Marketeer, you prefer flexibility over a 9-to-5 job and work in a creative and sparkling working environment.
Responsibilities
- Be a brand and product ambassador
You are someone who enthusiastically wants to represent the Red Bull brand during daily interactions with potential customers or clients. Why?
To increase the number of people who want to try Red Bull by introducing them to the brand in a positive way through product sampling at the right time and place, and answering customer questions. You wouldn't be a true ambassador of our brand if you didn't also plan to bring students into contact with the world of Red Bull in innovative ways. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships. You easily enter and exit universities and colleges without leaving the Red Bull brand alive among the students.
But you also don't shy away from organizing a Red Bull event as a visitor or colleague while performing the coolest tasks (such as hospitality or sampling tasks during Red Bull Soundclash).
- Perfect execution
As a Student Marketeer, you ensure perfect execution, share your ideas, and work together with the team during office, regional, or online meetings. You organize and report your work activities via a designated online platform. This involves organization, logistics, and execution. In addition, you also focus on sharing the latest insights, trends, and opportunities that arise in the market with your colleagues if they can be beneficial for the growth of Red Bull.
- Become a sales expert
You aim for the title of 'expert' in sales. You build relationships with local account managers and ensure good availability and visibility of Red Bull at various sales points.
You work with the sales department to open new distribution points for Red Bull at your university or college and beyond. To keep Red Bull top of mind among your built network, you support sales with relevant materials from the world of Red Bull. You put the final touches on a perfect execution in stores.
Requirements
- You are studying at a university or college for at least 1.5 years
- You are in the midst of student life, know your university or college, city, and region, and know all the activities and hotspots
- You are an energetic approacher with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have strong communication, creative, and social skills
- You are available for at least 13 hours a week and can specify a weekly availability of 2.5 days
- You have a passion for the Red Bull brand and the product
- You speak fluent Dutch and English
- We hold a selection day, which will take place on Tuesday, June 23.
