We're seeking a Staff People Experience Business Partner (PxBP) to drive the execution of people strategies that directly enable product innovation, engineering excellence, and scalable platform growth in Shield AI's Hivemind organization.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, PxBP, Hivemind, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior Engineering leaders, partnering to build high-performing, resilient, and scalable technical organisations in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
This role is ideal for a business-first HR leader who understands how engineering organisations create value. You bring deep experience supporting Software Engineering, AI/ML, Product Engineering, or Platform teams and know how to align talent strategy with velocity, quality, and long-term technical capability.
You are operationally strong, analytically driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You simplify complexity, build scalable systems, and influence with credibility. Most importantly, you understand that exceptional talent, strong technical leadership, and effective team design are the foundation of product and innovation success.
This is a hybrid/on-site role is based in San Mateo or San Diego, CA
