PRN Physical Therapist

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at our Mount Vernon, IL location.

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will work with a variety of patients to help them achieve their physical therapy goals. You will conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
