Founder in Residence

About the Role

We're looking for a Founder in Residence to join our Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking our models and making them indispensable for our enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise clients and work as a co-builder with them
• Identify the highest-impact use cases, structure the deployment, and unblock friction
• Bridge the gap between what our models can do and what the client needs to solve

Two Tracks, One Entry Point

Depending on your background, you'll be oriented toward one of two trajectories:

• Deployment Strategist: focused on deployment strategy, business case, C-level adoption, and expanding accounts
• Applied AI Engineer: focused on integration architecture, fine-tuning, RAG/agents, and production deployment

About You

• You've founded or co-founded a company, no matter the size or sector or if it's still running
• You've sold a product to customers, built a team, or raised money
• You can talk to a CEO in the morning and debug a pipeline in the afternoon or at least know who to call to get it done
• You're comfortable with ambiguity
• You have genuine curiosity about AI
