AI Operations Specialist

GitLab is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to maintain its AI tooling and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The AI Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

• Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field organisation
• Managing an index of use cases and field needs
• Tracking adoption and utilisation of AI tools
• Managing access requests for AI tools
• Supporting the organisation, quality, and hygiene of data used by or generated from AI tools

The ideal candidate will have:

• Early-mid level experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or a similar coordination-heavy function
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders
• Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools

The base salary range for this role is $95,200-$160,800 USD.
