CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join its team in Parsippany, NJ. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and IT assets within the data center region.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure their safe storage and distribution.
• Audits: Conduct ongoing audits to verify inventory accuracy and completeness.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits.
• Technology Skills: Utilize inventory management software and other tools.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with various teams.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Travel: Be willing to travel as needed to support inventory management and audits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a data center environment.
