Description
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is not a conventional recruiter role , you'll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, from shaping the search strategy through to closing truly exceptional talent. You'll partner deeply with engineering, research, and leadership teams to re-imagine what great technical hiring looks like at scale.
You'll be a key member of a small, high-powered team that's redefining quality of hire and pushing the boundaries of how world-class technical talent is found, engaged, and hired. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical specialization, high velocity, and an uncompromising bar.

Responsibilities
- Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
- Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies , from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing.
- Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction.
- Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs , every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience.
- Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (we'd love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years).
- Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
- Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts , you stay structured, adaptable, and focused.
- Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication , you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.
- Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built.
