About this role:

We're looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations and Order Management to join our team. As a manager, you will lead a team that oversees the regional end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and championing automation and AI/ML opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across the order lifecycle.
  • Partnering with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Sales to improve order experience and policy clarity, while driving prioritized process and automation enhancements that boost efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Driving data-driven accountability and strategic insights by developing, monitoring, and analyzing key operational metrics to identify performance trends, optimize processes, and enable informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Leading change management efforts for system implementations, process redesigns, and organizational transitions.
  • Defining and executing the long-term vision and roadmap for Order Management and Quote-to-Cash operations, aligning with broader Finance and Go-to-Market strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar team at a global organization, with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Extensive experience in Order Processing and Quote-to-Cash operations.
  • Deep knowledge of Order Management and Quote-to-Cash systems and workflows, including CPQ, pricing, order orchestration, and revenue recognition, supported by ERP/CRM platforms and reporting tools.
  • A demonstrable background in global people management that is aligned with our mission and core values.
  • Exceptional leader with a verifiable track record of operational rigor by evaluating complex issues from multiple perspectives and performing extensive quantitative analysis.
  • Innovative and creative thinker with demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
