Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed Rooms Division targets, reduce friction points, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience.
• Maintain the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues.
• Promptly set up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events.
• Responsibly use consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste.
• Maintain assigned equipment clean and in good condition.

• Be knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information.
• Embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials.
• Share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues.
• Follow appropriate procedures for handling garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste, and collaborate with those in charge to create a safe environment.

• Maintain current knowledge of public health standards and ensure continuous compliance with hotel-related policies.
• Promptly coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations requiring increased sanitation levels.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping from luxury hotels or resorts is also required.
• Ability to comprehend public health and environmental requirements pertaining to crew public areas is essential.
• Furthermore, the ability to communicate effectively in English is necessary.
• Understanding of the foundation of guest service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
• Motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities.
• Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality.
• Ability to continuously surprise and delight guests throughout their cruise experience.
