Property Financial Controller

We are seeking a Property Financial Controller to oversee the full accounting and financial reporting cycle across Flow's property portfolio in KSA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering timely financial insights to support portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full month-end close process for all managed properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA standards.
• Compiling, analyzing, and monitoring property-level financial data, and reviewing and challenging property owner reports where necessary.
• Managing cash flow forecasting and monitoring liquidity across the property portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Leasing, Legal, and Operations, as well as external property managers.
• Supervising tenant billing and collection matters in coordination with the Property Management team.
• Supervising vendor billing and payment matters in coordination with the Property Management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in real estate or property accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulations, including VAT, Zakat, and e-invoicing.
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple property entities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
