Senior Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a senior technical program manager for our product engineering organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving execution and scheduling of interconnect projects while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in HW program management. They should also have excellent program management skills, be able to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives, and have good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between all project stakeholders such as HW, SW, operations etc, from initial requirements definition through delivery.
• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
• Develop and implement interconnect methodologies and Project management processes and tools.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in HW program management
• Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred qualifications:

• Having experience in HW development, design, and manufacturing.
• Proven technical leadership.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
