Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing / Home Health

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Good Samaritan St Luke's and St John's.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease
• Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
• Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans
• Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home
• Demonstrate and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents

Requirements:

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

Benefits:

• Salary range: $37.50 - $62.00 per hour
• $20,000 sign-on bonus (eligibility requirements apply)
