Description
A Deployment Strategist at Palantir works as part of a driven and creative team to deploy software against complex problems. The role involves synthesizing disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of the problem, the data, the product, and the users. Deployment Strategists are self-starters who immerse themselves in customers' workflows, partner with customer teams, and explore the data to enable scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Going onsite to meet with customer analysts and understand their critical questions and pain points
- Identifying relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Working with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline
- Building bespoke workflows for new user groups
- Leading training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs
- Presenting results and proposals to various audiences
The ideal candidate has extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments, is adaptive and introspective, and has experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages.
As a Build to Apply participant, you will create potential for expedited consideration by showcasing your project upfront to the hiring team. You will gain experience with and access to Palantir's Foundry product and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).
