You'll be responsible for driving business results in-store, working closely with the Business Manager to set individual and team sales targets, and communicating with Retail Artists to achieve business goals. You'll also be expected to excel as a specialist among our retail brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our products. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and experiences, setting a good example for the team, and coaching and providing feedback to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in service and make-up artistry.
Key responsibilities include: Steering business growth in-store to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Supporting the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets and communicating with Retail Artists to achieve business goals Standing out as a specialist among our retail brands through active entrepreneurship and genuine enthusiasm for our products Leading by example to promote exceptional customer services and experiences Coaching and providing feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in service and make-up artistry Capitalizing on every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the store experience, using customer database for direct marketing purposes Implementing individual and team development plans, conducting regular evaluations to foster mutual feedback and coaching Developing a positive and collaborative team culture in-store through team meetings and a partnership-oriented leadership style Recognizing and highlighting team achievements Driving entrepreneurial activity through proposing plans, events, and other initiatives to boost business success Ensuring impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards Maintaining a flawless appearance and inspiring team members to showcase their best selves
