Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist to support sales through marketing activities, increasing brand visibility, and preparing POSM materials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the ordering platform for POSM materials by sales structures
• Oversee digital screens, ensuring correct material display and functionality
• Create trade materials for retail publications (TT & KA)
• Manage knowledge platforms for field teams
• Develop and assemble POSM materials
• Design concepts for POSM materials and trade marketing activities to boost sales
• Implement and monitor new trade marketing solutions
• Analyze the effects of individual actions and investments
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team
• Support the management of refrigeration equipment

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Analytical thinking, planning skills, effective communication
• Ability to ask relevant questions and consider different perspectives
• Growth-oriented mindset
• Creativity and flexibility
• Proficiency in MS Office
• English language proficiency at B2 level
