FBS Platform Enablement Engineer (Telephony Experience)

We're looking for a skilled FBS Platform Enablement Engineer to join our team. As a strategic partner to business and technology teams, you'll enable successful adoption, optimization, and governance of enterprise platforms and cloud services. Your technical platform expertise and strong business acumen will help you translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, ensure effective onboarding, drive best-practice usage, and support continuous improvement of platform capabilities. You'll primarily support Voice / Telephony Initiatives across Enterprise Platform Services.
