Description
As a physical therapist at Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society, you will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their ability to move and work. You will create treatment plans to alleviate pain, improve physical function, and enhance the quality of life for your patients. You will work collaboratively with a large interdisciplinary rehab team to manage complex and diverse patient needs. Your work will involve planning, organising, and delivering physical therapy programs, documenting patient information, educating patients and their families, and analysing and recording therapeutic progress.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, communicative, and compassionate physical therapist with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. You will have a valid driver's license and be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist. You will also obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
