Join our team as a Game Designer and be part of creating exceptional interactive experiences that are memorable for our players. As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing game mechanics, systems, and features. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the game meets the desired quality and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement game mechanics, systems, and features
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the game meets the desired quality and standards
- Create and maintain game design documents
- Provide clear and structured documentation for other teams
- Accompany the development, implementation, and iteration of features
- Identify and anticipate production issues related to your mission
- Guide and support junior profiles
Requirements:
- Experience in game development, preferably on an adventure narrative game
- Strong knowledge of game design principles, including 3C, AI, interactions, combat, and meta-game elements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement
- Creative and original thinking, with the ability to take feedback and criticism
- Experience with scripting and/or game engine usage
- Proficiency in French and English

Salary: The salary for this position is between €31,000 and €49,000 per year, depending on experience. It includes a fixed annual salary for 35 hours a week over 12 months and annual bonuses. Additional benefits include:
