Description
As a Buffet Steward (Japanese Speaking) with Princess Cruises, you will provide excellent quality food & beverage service to all guests in assigned areas, as instructed by the Food & Beverage Management. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down in designated areas, showing full knowledge of the Restaurant menus, bar and wine lists, and assisting briefings before service. You will also know cocktail recipes and be familiar with promotional sales or beverage packages, ensuring that designated areas are clean and maintain the overall look of the venue to the high expected standards. You will report any complaints or problems regarding drinks, food, or service in the assigned areas to the supervisor and perform any duty assigned by supervisors and other senior management. The ability to work under pressure and communicate well and interact with a variety of passengers demographics is essential.
This position involves regular physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving heavy items in line with operational requirements.
