Description

The Sales Activator plays a crucial role in increasing Red Bull's sales performance in large format accounts.

Responsibilities:

Long Term Sales Drivers

Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Drive in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards. Increase permanent product placement points at ambient and cold locations in stores above competition. Maintain and increase product range in all stores.

Business Development

Cover assigned territory and complete all allocated calls. Ensure effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimal frequencies while being cost-effective. Develop proficiency in retail terminology. Identify opportunities to expand in-store presence. Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness, including category education, current account state, and sales call quality.

Short Term Sales Drivers

Execute agreed and over-and-above national and local promotional activities. Report non-compliance in a timely manner. Pre-sell promotional activities to accounts, providing a 30-60-90 day outlook. Ensure effective communication among the RBDC distribution team, providing exceptional account service. Lead market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.

Requirements:

  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Obtainment of DOT Medical card
  • Age 21 or older
  • Experience in sales, account management, and DSD preferred
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
  • English language proficiency
  • Additional languages an advantage
