Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Implement and progress treatment plans, monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements:
