A Legal Counsel role exists within Palantir's in-house legal team. This team works to address legal issues proactively, enabling the company to drive positive impact globally.
As a Legal Counsel, you will contribute to both the Legal team and the company as a whole. You will be part of a team that values creativity and teamwork, working on challenging projects with open-ended objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading negotiations and drafting commercial and international government deals, advising on complex legal and business matters, partnering with international sales teams, and assisting in building infrastructure and processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of regional laws and regulations, and organisational skills. Familiarity with technology and software licensing is also desirable.
This role requires a qualified lawyer with at least 3-8 years of post-qualification experience, fluent in written and spoken English, and a Bachelor of Law or equivalent law degree from a top-tier university or law school.
