Junior Production Project Manager

Join Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team as a Junior Production Project Manager in Faenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The successful candidate will support Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to Production Project Managers on main car projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical procedures and ERP routing
• Investigate new processes and technologies with technical departments
• Oversee technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects
• Collaborate with Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Engineering, and Production Departments to identify and develop optimal solutions
• Optimize lead times and improve quality

Requirements:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Preferred previous experience in an equivalent role in the motorsport industry
• Strong understanding of carbon prepreg processes
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Italian is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Proactivity, innovation, and excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities
