RDS Operations Intern

This internship with the Regional Development School (RDS) provides experience in summer season operations, focusing on logistics and support for residential and day camps, summer showcase leagues, and regional select tournaments.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in elite player identification and development processes
• Preparing showcase teams and scheduling summer leagues
• Organizing Regional Select team tournaments and schedules
• Managing residential and day camp operations
• Handling kit and equipment inventory, delivery, and tracking
• Operating Hudl camera equipment for recording games and training sessions

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sport Management or a related field
• Interest in sports management operations and elite-level youth soccer
• Passionate soccer fan with knowledge of Major League Soccer
• Organized self-starter with multi-tasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Preferable driver's license and means of transportation

This is an unpaid, for-credit internship with variable hours, including nights and weekends, and 0-10% travel.
