Deployment Strategist

A Deployment Strategist at Palantir works as part of a driven and creative team to deploy software against complex problems. The role involves synthesizing disconnected streams of thought, immersing oneself in customers' workflows, and partnering with customer teams to enable scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Going onsite to meet with customer analysts and understand their critical questions and pain points
• Identifying relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
• Working with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable and extensible pipeline
• Building bespoke workflows for new user groups
• Leading training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs
• Presenting results and proposals to various audiences

The ideal candidate has a curious and analytical mindset, sharp intuition for product, and strong user empathy. Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages is a plus.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Travel 25-75% of the time, depending on location and team
• Work in a hybrid environment, with opportunities for remote work
• Collaborate with a team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists
• Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir product offerings
