Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Corsair's Valley Fair Mall store, you'll provide exceptional customer service, drive sales through relational selling, and share your enthusiasm for gaming and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised solutions to customers to enhance their gaming or tech experience
• Build trust with customers by understanding their preferences and recommending the right Corsair products
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share it with confidence and excitement
• Engage customers with hands-on product demonstrations
• Actively contribute to sales goals by closing deals and upselling accessories
• Maintain an inviting and organised sales floor
• Collaborate with fellow associates and store leadership to share ideas and support daily operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven retail setting
• Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting
• Passion for gaming, technology, and the Corsair brand
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Familiarity with gaming/tech products is a plus

The starting base pay for this position is $20-25 per hour.
