Description
The Supplied Services Manager is a pivotal role within the Group Chief Operating Office, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses. This includes vendor relationship management, maintaining awareness of operational risk, and minimizing risk through collaboration with various teams. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of vendor management experience and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing vendor relationship management capability, centrally managing and controlling outsourced services
- Maintaining awareness of operational risk and minimizing risk through collaboration with Procurement, ISR, Legal & Compliance, ERM, and BRCM / CCO risk management team
- Complying with HSBC internal standards and controls, including implementing remediate actions of internal and external audit points
- Participating in projects with relevant stakeholders to improve customer experience, cost savings, and streamlining
- Improving process efficiency and monitoring contractual SLA/KPI to meet regulatory obligations
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, excellent MS Office skills, and proficiency in Mandarin and conversational English.
This is a full-time role requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on reducing errors and operational losses.
