Senior Lead, Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights

Reddit is seeking a Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Senior Lead to drive its measurement ecosystem.

This role requires deep expertise in managing high-stakes partnerships and driving value through sophisticated testing and research.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, managing high-impact measurement & audience partners.
• Drive the maturity of the measurement strategy by vetting, onboarding, and managing relationships with premium vendors.
• Act as the primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders.
• Independently assess the financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects.
• Manage and deliver technology-based integrations with global & regional measurement providers.
• Evaluate active industry trends to align research projects and partner program capabilities with Reddit's ad product rollouts.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners.
• Deep familiarity with the advertising measurement ecosystem.
• Strong track record in presenting complex quantitative advertising research.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
