Coordinator - Budget Management & Logistics

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Coordinator - Budget Management & Logistics to join our team in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria.

As a key role in our organisation, you will be responsible for budget management and logistics coordination. Your main focus will be on managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient logistical processes.

Responsibilities:

• Budget Management & Controlling: You will be responsible for administering and adjusting a defined budget across various areas, including athlete teams, projects, employees, contracts, and support services. You will monitor costs, analyse deviations, and ensure transparent and traceable budget representation.
• Accounting & Posting: You will review, record, and post incoming invoices in the system, ensuring accurate cost allocation to respective accounts, persons, and areas.
• Logistics & Travel Organisation: You will handle organisational tasks related to logistics and travel planning, including flight, hotel, and rental car arrangements for athletes, coaches, internal employees, and staff members.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Experience in budget management, accounting, controlling, or financial administration
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with digital systems and processes
• High numerical affinity and understanding of budgets and costs
• Meticulous, structured, and reliable work style with strong attention to detail
• Independent work style and enthusiasm for system-based work
