Agency Lead

We're looking for a Regional Agency Lead to help grow Pinterest's agency business globally. You'll be part of a dynamic team of 3 agency leads in France, leveraging executive relationships and Pinterest ad platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts.

Responsibilities:

• Drive incremental and new business revenue with top agencies (WPP and France's largest Independents)
• Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
• Partner closely with Pinterest Sales Managers and leadership to execute the agency strategy
• Identify local market opportunities with the Global Agency team
• Build, negotiate, and close annual commercial partnerships with assigned agency networks
• Prove demonstrable impact of the agency team's work using metrics and market feedback
• Keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends
• Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform

Requirements:

• 10+ years digital advertising agency and agency sales experience
• Deep knowledge of the French market and Independents ecosystem
• Demonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies
• Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders
• Proven track record of managing commercial partnerships
• Independent, business-focused creative thinker
• Demonstrated experience using AI to improve speed and quality
• Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, or marketing
