Microsoft Entra ID Identity and Access Management Consultant

As a Microsoft Entra ID Identity and Access Management Consultant at MHP, you will design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID identity and access management solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and operating secure authentication and authorization architectures (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC)
• Engineering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using security best practices
• Designing and implementing automation for identity lifecycle management using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services
• Developing and integrating Agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure AI services and Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Collaborating with customers to understand business requirements and translating them into secure and scalable cloud solutions
• Providing technical consulting, architecture recommendations, and solution design during customer engagements
• Participating in technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Creating technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge-sharing materials
• Staying current with Microsoft cloud technologies, AI innovations, and security best practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts and best practices
• Hands-on knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML 2.0
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud Services, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, and Managed Identities
• Experience managing secrets/certificates via Azure Key Vault
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
• Experience developing AI-powered solutions using Azure AI services
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies or Copilot Studio
• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Consulting and solution design capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
